Broiled Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Reduce the vinegar to syrup.
  2. Top each fig half with cheese, then wrap in prosciutto.
  3. Broil until the cheese melts, drizzle with reduced vinegar, and serve warm.
  4. Plate and serve.
