Broiled Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola

Ingredients
- 1 C balsamic vinegar
- 4 ea large figs, halved
- 4 oz gorgonzola
- 8 sl prosciutto, halved lengthwise
Instructions
- Reduce the vinegar to syrup.
- Top each fig half with cheese, then wrap in prosciutto.
- Broil until the cheese melts, drizzle with reduced vinegar, and serve warm.
- Plate and serve.
